Marketplace Terms & Conditions

Product sold and shipped by sellers other than Ashley are considered Marketplace items and have the following Sales Terms and Conditions.  

You are free to cancel your marketplace items prior to shipping. Once the items have been shipped, you can contact us to request an immediate return of your product. You will have 30 days to request a refund. Products must be returned in original packaging, along with all accessories in the original shipment. Please note, original shipping costs are not refunded. All furniture products must be unassembled and in original packaging. Linens, bedding, and decor must be unused and still have the original tags attached.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Marketplace items cannot be returned to an Ashley store location for a refund.

All marketplace products will be shipped directly from the seller to your address.   You will be provided with a tracking number to determine an estimated delivery date.   All deliveries will be Standard Shipping. Products cannot be placed in home. Standard Shipping is not eligible for assembly or removal of existing products.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase through a variety of methods. We are unable to offer financing or installment options for Marketplace items at this time.

Our Marketplace sellers consistently ensure their products are price competitive. They are not eligible for any price guarantees.
