Our store offers you a 365 Night Comfort Guarantee on Nectar Sleep products if the following conditions are met:

• Purchase of a Nectar mattress should be accompanied by a new mattress protector the same size as the mattress and should be in a warrantable condition to qualify for 365 night trial. The protector is not mandatory but highly recommended to protect against soiling which voids warranties and 365-Night Comfort Guarantee.
• The customer must keep their new mattress set for a minimum period of 30 nights—the normal adjustment period to get comfortable with a new mattress. 
• This guarantee is for a maximum of 365 nights and allows the customer to exchange their mattress set for a model of equivalent dollar value or greater value with payment of the dollar difference and applicable taxes.
• In the case of an exchange, the customer must return the mattress in its original packaging in good condition without damage. If the mattress is soiled or damaged, the 365 Night Comfort Guarantee is automatically void. 
• The mattress manufacturer’s warranty is null and void if the mattress is returned in an unsanitary condition.
• The 365 Night Comfort Guarantee is limited to a one-time exchange on mattresses only.
