Never buy anything from Ashley Furniture specifically from Mavis road Mississauga location. I have ordered recliner sofa set and they delivered damaged love seat. The delivery guys said it will be replaced just send the pictures to the guest care. It’s been three weeks now, no one came to replace it. When I called them they said they have a policy of repair instead of replacement. I was dealing with Udaya and Priya in the store. Every time I call and email them they are giving the same answer. As I’m reading other reviews also, don’t buy anything from Ashley Furniture. They are dumping their damaged furniture to your house and then saying oh! We will repair it instead of replacing it.
