I use to buy furniture from Ashley but recently I had a super bad experience buying bed frame from Ashley store and their customer service is disaster. I bought bed frame from the clearance considering which has minor scratches. After I picked up disassembled bed, I saw at home that was completely broken repaired bed. I immediately in an hour went back to the store and showed them pictures they say yeah they will write a report to Head Office and get back on this as it should not be sold in this condition. After a day I was told that the store sent their report. For further claim I need to speak with customer service. I spent 48 hours explaining the customer service on phone that i need my money returned. However they are constantly telling me the policy of picking the broken bed from home and will try to repair and deliver again. The pick up will be after 8 days. My questions are; 1) why should I take the broken bed repaired by Ashley 2) why I am waiting for 10-15 more days to get this resolved.
As soon as you walk in the front door you have a sales person immediately attached to your hip. They ask you, what is it that you're looking for and then they take you around to a few things and if it's NOT what you're wanting, well, the sales person just walks away and says there's nothing here, so that way they are able to go to the door and get someone new cuz, it was just too much work to help us find anything that we would be interested in, but after searching the whole place, we have come to the conclusion that they absolutely have absolutely nothing that we'd want ever, so we will NOT be back to this rude store ever again. Good-bye! 😡
