Happy with the desk I bought. Service in store was just okay but the saleswomen was very good about keeping in touch to provide updates.
Very difficult to arrange delivery or installation. I was told it would be delivered on a Saturday and I would get a call Friday to confirm time of delivery. I called Friday at noon to check in to plan my Saturday and was told that the automated call i received on Thursday that I thought was a scam was the automated response from delivery and by picking up the phone it was confirming I accepted the time. When I requested to reschedule because I was unavailable, I was told that the person could not, and that they would cancel my delivery request only, and I could call on the day I was originally told it was being delivered to request a new date. When I did that, there were no longer any times available that were not during work hours or several weeks out. And I could request but could not guarantee any times for delivery. At this point I would not recommend buying from here.
This the second bad experience with ashley furniture because of mis information. Today is ‘supposed’ to be my delivery day and i call and am told i have zero deliveries even scheduled. The salesman PROMISED us this day when we spent quite a bit of money. We are now out of a couch as we got rid of our previous one getting ready for today, and we have to wait 2 more weeks!!! Unreal. Bad business , thats forsure.

Has to be one of the worst stores to shop at, they follow you around like a hungry hawk. It's annoying to be pestered while your just looking around. Constantly trying to push sales onto you. Edit: Yet another copy and pasted reply just like every other bad comment on this review page... really shows how much they care about your business.
