After years I convinced my wife to try Ashley again. We dealt with Prince store manager , on a new power reclining sofa. Took delivery of it, and I (3) days noticed a difference from on seat to another, it was lower, the arms had little to no padding, you can feel where a staple didn’t go in and crumpled on the surface, we contacted customer we don’t care, new foam was sent out to replace seating area. It arrived and we then had to set up for the “tech” to come out. He came and said there was more going on with it, and he needed to order parts. The next day the no customer care sent a text….. no call a text, our “tech” said it met the company standard and the order was closed. The seat cushions never got put in, maybe it’s like IKEA , and I’m supposed to replace then I don’t know. So from we need to order parts to fix the problems to, all is good. I don’t know, but myself won’t ever be back, and as many people as possible will hear of the lack of care, from customer we don’t care Ashley.
Worst customer service, I have ever experienced!! The adjustable bed base delivered to my home was faulty. Never worked. Within an hour I tried to get someone’s attention to get a new base delivered . I was completely ghosted by the sales associate(Graham). His supervisor (James) called me back to say he couldn’t do anything, then ghosted me. From Guest care I found out that Ashley has a strict “Repair Over Replace” policy. I had to wait two weeks to have a second tech look at it and when he couldn’t fix it, Ashley was going to order replacement parts that would take an additional 2-4 weeks. Urggg! There guest care service is a joke. You can never talk to the same agent, can never talk to a supervisor/manager, I had 4 agents tell me they would call me back and never did. Frustrated, I requested a full refund and finally after almost 4 weeks of calling, Ashley reluctantly delivered a new adjustable bed frame. Never again!!!!
