My spouse and I had the worst experience at this store location yesterday. The sales person introduced himself as soon as we entered the store (which is fine) and we replied with "we are just looking, thanks" and walked away. I thought he would take the hint that we wanted to look around ourselves. However, he proceeded to follow us around the store and interrupted us several times. We felt like we were being watched the entire time. It was very uncomfortable....Then he proceeded to tell us he is also a financial planner and if we had money to invest he could show us what stock to invest in. Is this even legal? We were trying to be polite but at the end had to leave the store. I would actually never return to this store or brand in the future if this is the kind of experience one receives.

I came in to purchase a couch and coffee table. Damien was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made what I expected to be a difficult purchase (not sure of what I wanted) to simple and straightforward. Thank you Damien for being extremely helpful and making the payment process quick and simple.

Had my WORST shopping experience in this store. Avoid salesman Alex at all costs - SUPER PRESSURED sales tactics. As soon as we walked in, Alex approached us with a flyer for the VIP loyalty program. At first, he was friendly and showed us some sofas as we mentioned we were just browsing without anything specific in mind. He explained the materials of the sofas, which was helpful. However, as we continued to browse, the pressure started to build. His manager came over to emphasize why we should sign up for the VIP card that day. The conversation shifted towards membership rather than the sofa. At the end of our conversation, he kept questioning us about our furniture-buying habits and pushed us to apply for the card beforehand. It felt like the focus was more on the membership than on helping us find the right sofa. Despite our mentions of needing to rush to work, he kept talking non-stop. He even insisted on getting our phone number for future contact for a meeting. When I inquired about his availability in the store, he said he's not always there, leading me to believe he just wants our phone number for future sales. We liked the sofa in store but the high-pressure sales tactic made us uncomfortable. We won't be returning soon. The store should train staff to use different tactics for different customers and know when to give space. Otherwise, they will lose potential customers.
