Shadra and her managers was a very helpful and knowledgeable on their product. The store was nice and clean and friendly staff.
Very disappointed with the team here and the lack of transparency/ or complete lies, they claimed that included in the 300 delivery fee was the removal of the couches and that the delivery team would take the old couches away. The delivery drivers took the couches out of the house but left them outside of our property claiming that they do not take the couches away just move them outside. They also claimed that if the couches did not suit our needs that we would get a full refund within 48 hours of couch delivery. Upon going back to the store they advised that they are charging a fee of 80 to remove the couches and that it is a partial refund and is in store credit with a percentage removed. When we went to the store the staff member Aadil denied every saying they would take the couches and that we should read the terms and conditions and refused to apologize saying "I already spoke to one person I dont need to apologize to anyone" When we said we wanted to return the couches Aadil told us we would be charged for the pickup which was also not what we were told the day of sale. will never be making a big purchase again from Ashley. Update 28-03-2026: I was contacted by Rose from the customer care team and our experience was vastly different then from in store at the Kennedy Commons location. Rose requested that we share what happened and was very frustrated with what I'd told her about our experience. Rose was AMAZING and was able to uphold what we were initially told in that we would get a full refund as we had called back within 48 hours of receiving the product. Rose also said that we would not be charged anything for the return and the team would pick the couches up as soon as they have a free truck. Rose was outstanding in her handling of the situation being extremely respectful and apologizing for how we were treated in store. We were also given a gift card as an apology to use at any Ashley location. I will actually be using ashley in the future because of how Rose handled the situation but will not use the Kennedy Commons location.
