When selling warranty be honest how much headache it is dealing with your AI & service reps who are unprofessional&lack ownership. 25yrs of loyalty & you let me down. Poor quality, creaking frames expensive couch is my issue- Quality Assurance needed. It’s been four weeks I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone so that a technician can come over and have a look. They keep putting me to the AI which keeps giving me 48 hours and I keep going in the same loop. Buying your couch was a mistake and on top of the bigger mistake seems to be is believing that you have the same Warranty as you had many years ago. Your Extended warranty needs to be reviewed to make it more user-friendly.
We came in to look for some family room furniture but we spoke to Hassan Abdulreda and he was so helpful and friendly and concerned about our back problems that we bought a Tempur-Pedic beds and we are very happy with our purchase. He gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. We highly recomend this salesman. :-)
