We were impressed with the quality of the products. The sofa we found was the best choice for us.
They delivered me a heavily damaged items and the customer service refused to come and replace it saying I do not have a extended warranty, whereas their own technician at the time came and take a look and said we should offer you compensation. But ashley said since you did not get back to us for three months after the issue, you are no longer eligible for replacement of the items or any after service. What kind of after-sale service is that? I should be compensated for the damaged item I am delivered whether I get back to you in a day or 2 years, provided I submitted my claim and sent pictures the day after the delivery. I am going to file a consumer complaint. Stay away from this shady company.
My wife went in to look at sofas and a chair. Bruno the sales associate was great showing us what they had to offer. Our experience was great and we bought a reclining sofa and chair. Thanks to Bruno’s help.👍 The white glove delivery was also above par. The delivery team was very professional and very polite. We are very happy with our purchase and the delivery team. We give them 6 on a scale of 5 👍
