We were unimpressed with the service received. We upgraded the delivery for our bed to include set up and removal of previous mattress. At the store I confirmed with two different staff members that they would be picking up the old bed because I had noted on the website it appeared they did not remove old mattresses in certain areas. Well when the delivery came we were advised they would not be taking away our old mattress. I called in and complained and no one bothered to contact me regarding this. I left two messages and responded to their online survey where I was advised someone would get back to me. It has been a month so it is clear they are not getting back to me. We were also assured the adjustable base we purchased had the massage feature which it did not. First and last time purchasing through them. There is a lack integrity and no desire to be accountable.

I purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley at the end of March, even though the delivery fee for a sofa set was $200 CAD, I was willing to pay because they are professionals. However, the subsequent service left me extremely disappointed! Firstly, during the delivery process, they provided me with incorrect information, telling me the delivery would arrive in 15 minutes via auto message, but I ended up waiting for over two hours. Additionally, no one called me on the day of delivery, and I had to asked driver whether they were from Ashley. Furthermore, Ashley's customer service didn't provide me with any information other than asking me to wait. When the driver arrived, he made personal calls in the vehicle, leaving me and his companion waiting. Moreover, despite the sofa's dimensions being smaller than my elevator's height as indicated on the website, they insisted it wouldn't fit. When I suggested tilting the sofa slightly to push it in, they refused and left. Later, when I called customer service, they didn't offer any assistance and only told me to wait for the sofa to be sent back to the warehouse. I have recently purchased furniture from various brands in Canada, but Ashley's delivery fee is the highest I have encountered, yet the service is unbelievably poor! It's beyond imagination!
I really liked how I can track my delivery time and the service was quick and very clean.
