Kawsar was so attentive and helpful in finding us what we were looking for. She shared her knowledge on the products and really helped us decide which sofa and features would meet our needs.

Great store with lots of excellent furniture options. The staff are very warm and friendly! We do not like pushy staff who walk around with you so you feel pressure and that is not the case here. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and not pushy at all. They listened to our needs and our budget and provided helpful advice and options. I would definitely make the drive from Caledon and return to this specific store to make another purchase.
stay away i had to cancel my order because they got it completely wrong and the chair was back order. it took 4 weeks for them to refund my credit card after i got the bank on my side .STAY AWAY BEWARE
Very pleasant sales rep. Showroom well stocked, clean and easy to navigate. Would have liked a little more flexibility in pricing but I would definitely recommend Ashley to friends.

Fareena (store owner) was amazing and helped us find the perfect couch. Prices were good and the service was exceptional. I had been looking for a while for this plush couch that I had been seeing on social media, and the couch that we got was the closest I have ever found to matching it. **edited to add, please don’t use their delivery service if possible. First time they brought pieces that we didn’t order so they had to come back another day. The next time they came they said they wouldn’t be able to fit the couch into the space we wanted it. When I said “oh ok, we’ll have to return the couch though,” all of a sudden they got it to fit. Then they took the legs off one of our own couches when they moved it out of the way, but forgot to put the legs back on after they moved it. They took the legs of the couch with them and threw them out. When I called them about it they said they would look into it, and have never called me back. That was one month ago and still no response about the legs of our couch.
