I love to give 0 stars if possible. I can’t believe Ashely as a big reputed company provides ridiculous customer service. One of my new dining chair was damaged there is little nail out from back of the chair.. We noticed when it ruined my dining area wall. First time called customer service and provided them picture of chair, wall they satisfied with evidence and offer me some refund on existing chair or replacement. I choose chair replacement option and they sent me a chair which is not new because it was dirty, loosen fabric on side arm rest, delivery guy also acknowledged and they took it back. Again called customer care and they again sent me same chair which I rejected earlier.. Today again they sent me replacement third time but again same chair as first time.. Where is your quality control? Every time customer is rejecting order so nobody is checking reason behind rejection and tried to address them? Store manager/ delivery manager not even bother to call us, make sure these things won’t happened again
Terrible service! We ordered a brown bench when we bought our dining table with Ashley. They delivered a black one. This happened in Dec 2023. Multiple times my husband reached out to them and nothing! They keep promising to call us back so that we can drive to the store and exchange it, and we have not received a phone call back. It's been almost 5 months now!!! I don't even know what to do at this point.

Raj was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to exchange my online sofa for a floor model set instantly. Got a smokin deal on the pair and am in love with my new living room set keep it up Ashley great prices, great staff, unbeatable service ❤️
Jerry who assisted us picking the right sofa that we wanted seemed to know the best products for us. He knew what we're looking for and he explained everything that we needed to hear. We ended up buying the sofa and loveseat. Though, we are not familiar with Ashley's furnitures we did not find coffee tables that match our interest. All in all, we had the best deal, best price and best sofa and loveseat. However, when the sofa and loveseat delivered, our living room went smaller and a bit darker. Our previous sofa and loveseat were a bit smaller and lower so, there were more natural lights coming in. Now, we need a bigger house with a bigger living room, lol. Love the recliner option though.
Great day selecting furniture with Ravel
The sales staff were amazing! We felt like they actually cared about us and wanted to get to know us so they could help make sure we would be happy with our purchase. Everyone was approachable and we felt it wasn’t all business, like we made new friends by the time we left. They weren’t pushy at all and unlike many stores where sales are commission based we had multiple people helping us and working as a team to get us what we needed. This is the smoothest furniture shopping experience we have ever had and we will definitely go to Ashley’s first next time we have a purchase in mind! Update 2024: we had a terrible experience making a claim using the additional warranty that we purchased. Long storey short, they refinished our table the wrong colour, did not fix it and then kept the table and “refunded” us a store credit with no communication. When we went to the store to try to rectify it, I asked for a manager and got a sales person who posed as a manager and was very rude. We did not want to spend more money as we should have had our table returned to us and repaired appropriately. Thank goodness for Ana, she helped us find a reasonable solution and approached the entire situation with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Ana, thank you for saving the day!!
