I recently bought a couch at Ashley. I received the couch and it doesn’t fit in the space I wanted it to. I went back to the store to try and exchange (not return) the couch and exchange (not return) for 2 other sofas in its place. The store is unable to exchange this new sofa since I was a few days past their exchange policy of 48 hours. So I have never sat in the 1 couch I want to exchange for 2 sofas but Ashley refuses. Ashley would make almost double by doing this exchange but I was refused. So at this point I will not be purchasing the 2 sofas from them or any other furniture in the future. I have bought a lot over the years from this Company but never again.
Store is amazing, above my expectations! Really nice and trendy models.. Staff are all amazing, especially Heba Makar who was supernice and helpful. Highly recommended branch!

Edit: Well our great experience with Ashley's ended abruptly when our bed got delivered. The delivery drivers dropped the drawers breaking the gliding mechanism sending tiny ball bearings all over my house. They took and submitted photos telling my husband that someone would call him within 2 hours......that never happened. 2 days later my husband called and was told that they don't reach out to customers that it's up to customer to submit a claim. We had to take our own photos and submit the claim not once getting to talk to a human as it's all computerized. Finally after doing all this leg work for damages that they caused we are told 2-4 weeks for parts to come in. We are then to call them to arrange a time for them to have someone come out to fix it. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We will be returning to Teppermans that we have used faithfully without issue. Teppermans didn't have what we were looking for else we would never have gone to Ashley's in the first place. First post: Excellent experience today with Assistant Sales Manager Arjun Sapra. We had previously visited Ashley stores both in Kitchener and Mississauga and felt constantly harassed. When will these companies understand that people just want to browse without being followed and pestered. Arjun was fantastic. He introduced himself, left us to look around, and when we were ready we called for his help. Thank you Arjun !
