One piece was cracked and one piece was incorrectly manufactured which made it impossible to assemble (bolt hole blocked by wooden insert). Automated system for new product issue claims is slow and poor. Would be better if I could correspond directly with a person to resolve my issue.

I would give 0 stars if I could - sadly, as I don’t like it to resort to that, but customer service is NOT helpful :( We had spent over $6000 on our new king sized bed set and new mattress back in January. We paid for delivery and set up which costed more. The person who set up our bed on our hardwood floor left uncovered screws on the underside of the bed. Scratched up the hard wood floor, bad! We only found out a couple weeks ago as we moved and someone came to disassemble the bed and move it for us. I sent an email with photos explaining the issue, I had back and forth with them and they informed me that I would have had to report this damage within 48 hours of delivery. (Please tell me how I would have noticed damage done to my hardwood floors under a very heavy king sized bed within 48 hours?!! - they also couldn’t answer that) I also called in to talk with someone about this issue and again I was met with a “sorry, it would have had to been reported within 48 hours” now I will pay to have my floors finished and they seemingly just don’t care. I would have been happy with a measly store credit and a heart felt apology. I’m not that hard to please. This is just a blatant disregard to my personal property and I’m never going to be able to shop here again. Just beware, they want your sales but they won’t take care of you after they have messed up, zero accountability.

The customer Service at Ashley was as good as it gets. James Stewart was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery service was very good and the delivery personnel were friendly and professional. I love new furniture.

The power recliner I purchased is so comfortable! Great customer service. The delivery men were friendly, extremely careful removing the old recliner and also bringing in the new one. Full set up. Tracking was very helpful as I was clearing the space I could watch on my phone how close they were getting to my home. I highly recommend Ashley! I will never purchase furniture anywhere else!

Original delivery for the 4 Swivel chairs was May 9th. I received a text offering May 4th so we took that option (April 26th). Was successfully re-scheduled. I was text May 1 @2:27 p indicating they cannot fulfill the full order only partial and the rest at at a later date ???. Then the chaos started. May 1 @ 3:32p was text asked to 1 to re-schedule , 2 to exit, etc, Which I text 1 ,then text me @ 3:36pm you currently have an open order, reply 1 for fulfillment text 1 which I did TWICE by being asked again. Then was asked to re-schedule for five dates in May 16,18,23,25,30 ?? so I picked the 16th. This was May 3rd. I did this TWICE. So, for items available April 26th to purchase not available until May 16th .?? Not impressed. Did not call CS as this matter is beyond comprehension and concerned it will be not fulfilled. I hindsight should have stuck which original May 9th delivery. This will be and interesting ending . Cut and Paste to a review, hmmmm. Steve Porter Order received today May 16. Ordered April 22/24 with stock available. Excellent sales (POS) and delivery. In between a very odd experience. Will also wonder about the original May 9th delivery.
